RoniB's bekroonde Black Bean Chilli Oil is een van haar kenmerkende specerijen. Geïnspireerd door de Filippijnse keuken, heeft het een unieke rijkdom en diepte van smaak, bij uitstek geschikt voor de oosterse keuken.

Deze chili-olie is een uitstekende smaakversterker voor sauzen, stoofschotels en soepen. Als alternatief kan men het toevoegen aan pastagerechten, chili-con-carne, of zelfs gebruiken om eieren te bakken.

Vervang gewone olie in een oogwenk. Gebruik voor het braden of braden van vlees, vis of groenten. Evenzo kan de pasta onder de olie een heerlijke basis vormen voor roerbakgerechten of curry.

Ook de chili-olie van RoniB is niet zomaar een ingrediënt. Deze pittige chili-olie kan ook worden gebruikt voor saladedressings, besprenkelen op rustiek brood of het dippen van loempia's.
