Eat The Bits Ketchup is een chili-ketchup in Japanse stijl met een vleugje togarashi-kruiden, sake en mirin. De gladde, dipbare textuur zorgt voor gemakkelijk marineren, waardoor het ideaal is voor verschillende gerechten.

Eat the Bits Ketchup is de nieuwste in Tonkotsu's trio van verslavende chili-olie-infusies. Door de Arbol-chilivlokken, shichimi togarashi (een typisch Japans zevenkruidenmengsel), miso voor diepte van smaak en tomatenketchup te combineren, is dit een meer dipbare saus. Smeer het op je boterham, meng het door de mayonaise of eet het op met een lepel. Het is ook een fantastische marinade voor kippenvleugels!
