Hot Stuff is een gewaagde kijk op een klassieke hete saus. Dit pittige nummer zit boordevol rode chili, gefermenteerde scotch bonnet en habaneros, afgerond met een flinke scheut knoflook. We hebben het een medium-heet kruidenniveau gegeven, zodat het alle liefhebbers van een goede hete saus aanspreekt. Het is perfect om thuis te koken of om te gebruiken als een pittige hete dip.

Hot Stuff zit boordevol chili-ferment voor een zachtere, natuurlijkere smaak. Zonder toegevoegde suikers is het ook geschikt voor diabetici.

Ingrediënten: Cider Azijn, Rode Paprika, Chili (Habanero Chilli, Red Chilli), Scotch Bonnet Mash (Scotch Bonnet Chilli, Cider Vinegar, Zout), Xanthaangom.
