Naga Chili Puree

Met 1.100.000 Scovilles (SHU) is de Naga Chilli een van de heetste pepers ter wereld! Deze chilipuree, met 70% chili-inhoud, is een van de heetste producten die we produceren! Het is zelfs een van de populairste niet-extractproducten die u vandaag op de markt kunt vinden.

Gebruik deze Naga Chilli-puree met de nodige voorzichtigheid, in plaats van verse of gedroogde pepers voor een breed scala aan kooktoepassingen. Probeer het eens toe te voegen om een ​​marinade, curry of roerbakgerecht op smaak te brengen. Een beetje gaat een lange weg!

Chilli Mash Company produceert de beste kwaliteit chilipuree. We fermenteren onze pepers in vaten in Hampshire, VK. Het is een traditionele methode die we in vier jaar tijd hebben geperfectioneerd. Na een fermentatiefase van 2 tot 12 maanden, behandelen en verpakken we onze chili puree voor uw plezier.

Al onze producten worden in het VK gemaakt met behulp van pepers afkomstig van hoogwaardige Senegalese en Britse bronnen met volledige traceerbaarheid.
