De oude kunst van Alchemie ging over experimenteren en soms het creëren van ongebruikelijke ongelukken die geweldig waren.

Deze habanerosaus op middelhoog vuur is een absolute knaller. Een fantastische rauwe habanero puree wordt gekookt met een flink percentage gember en wortel. Hier zitten geen ui of knoflook in omdat er steeds meer om gevraagd lijkt te worden, we hebben deze saus aangepast met die in gedachten. De slechts 6 ingrediënten houden het zo puur mogelijk.

Een alledaagse saus die kan worden gebruikt bij sterke kazen, sandwiches en soepen, maar geweldig is bij gegrilde garnalen en ideaal bij verkoolde halloumi.
