Red Bird Eye-chili

Red Bird Eye Chilli Puree is een heerlijke, hete chilipuree die kan worden gebruikt bij het koken ter vervanging van verse chili, of met mate als specerij. Dit product is gemaakt met onze eigen gekweekte beste Rwandese Red Bird Eye pepers, tot 12 maanden gefermenteerd en vol van smaak!

Onze Mashes & Purees 

Zoals onze naam al aangeeft, zijn chilipuree en -puree ons kenmerkende product. Chilli Mash Company is opgericht om een ​​hoogwaardige bron van chilipuree te leveren aan de sausindustrie. 

Tot onze oprichting in 2016 bevatten de enige purees, pasta's en purees van chili die in het VK verkrijgbaar waren, allemaal ongewenste ingrediënten. Deze ingrediënten varieerden van citroenzuur tot azijnzuur. Ze hadden ook een zeer hoog percentage zout, waarvan sommige 14% zout bevatten.

Onze purees zijn onbeschaamd eenvoudig en worden gemaakt met slechts 3 ingrediënten - de chili zelf - in dit geval Red Bird Eye Chilli (dat is 87% van het product), Cider Vinegar (Onze ciderazijn wordt op maat voor ons gemaakt op een lokale ciderboerderij en bevat geen toegevoegde sulfieten) en zout (nooit meer dan 5%).

De meeste van onze purees (waaronder deze) beginnen het leven als een eenvoudige gisting. Dit proces zorgt voor een natuurlijke zuurgraad.
