Bang Bang Chicken

Here's a fab quick midweek dinner 🤗
Only took 30 minutes to make and the flavour was unreal!

Bang Bang Chicken -

2 Chicken breasts @musclefooduk
1tblsp paprika
Half tblsp onion or garlic granules
1tsp chilli salt
3tblsp mayonnaise
3tblsp sweet chilli sauce ( I used Sweet Scotch Bonnet by Chilli Mash Co. honestly superb!)
Rice and spring onions to serve

I started by criss crossing the chicken so the sauce got right in the middle.
Sprinkle over the seasonings and marinade.

Make the sweet chilli mayo sauce just by mixing them together in a bowl.

Heat a frying pan with oil and place in the sliced side down for 2 minutes.
Turn over and coat half with the sweet chilli mayo.

Cook for a further 5 minutes or so turning over and coating in the sauce.

Serve with fluffy rice and chopped spring onions 🌶
