This is the first time I made my own peanut butter and would absolutely do it again!
I used the WholeFood Guys Roasted Salted Peanuts which were gorgeous and so moreish 🤤
To make the peanut butter all I did was add about 2 handfuls of peanuts to a blender.
After 1 minute push down the crumbs from the side and again after the 2nd minute.
After 3 minutes you should see it change to the consistency of peanut butter.
Jar up and see how long it lasts, mine was away within the week 🥜
Satay Sauce -
4tblsp peanut butter
1tblsp soy sauce
1tblsp rice wine vinegar
1tblsp hot sauce (I used Carolina Reaper Hot Sauce from Chilli Mash Company)
2tblsp brown sugar (I like it sweet)
Half juiced lime
Fresh ginger and garlic
Just mix all together in a bowl and add a little water to get the consistency you like!
