Free UK Mainland* Delivery Over £50 - Terms & Conditions
Free delivery is available only to mainland* UK addresses. Due to increased shipping costs, free delivery on orders over £50 is now limited to DPD Next Day delivery areas. For areas classified as “Two Day Locations” (such as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and islands), free shipping applies on orders over £100, with a maximum charge of £20.
(Please note for the purposes of shipping, DPD does not class certain highland addresses as mainland. If you live in an extremely northerly address, please check the shipping cost before checkout.)

Fresh Delivery
For UK deliveries, fresh items are sent via next-day service once dispatched. However, due to harvesting schedules, same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.
Typically, fresh orders are shipped within 2-3 working days after purchase. If you need faster delivery, please feel free to contact us via WhatsApp (02392000458) or email at shop@onestopchillishop.co.uk and we will try to accomade you.
Please note, we do not offer fresh deliveries for international orders.
International Delivery
We now offer delivery to any country in the world. For an accurate shipping cost, please load your basked and then visit the checkout page.
Please note, we are unable to delive fresh items internationally due to Brexit.
Delivery is usually 2-3 days after dispatch and we aim to dispatch all orders within 48hrs.

What's the fastest delivery option?
Our fastest delivery option is DPD Next Day. To use this service, please place your order by 1pm. Note that certain items, like fresh goods, are excluded as they need more preparation time.
Currently, we don’t offer timed or specific day deliveries. However, if you have a special request, feel free to mention it in your order notes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

My order hasn't arrived - What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear about any issues with your delivery. Occasionally, our partners may experience delays or mishandle items. However, we strive to provide first-class service and will do our best to resolve any lost, delayed, or damaged orders. We can often send a replacement for next-day delivery, but please note that seasonal delays may impact Royal Mail. For urgent needs, we recommend choosing a courier option.
